How many porta potties do I need for an event?
As a starting point, plan 3 to 4 units for up to 250 attendees over a few hours, scaling up with crowd size and event length. Serving alcohol increases usage. Share your attendance and we will recommend a setup.
Do you provide ADA accessible units for public events?
Yes. Public events should be accessible to everyone, and we recommend including at least one ADA accessible unit in every event order. We will advise on the right number for your attendance.
Do you service units during multi-day festivals?
Yes. For multi-day and high-traffic events we provide on-site servicing to keep units clean and stocked throughout. We build the servicing schedule into your quote.
How far in advance should I book for an event?
Book as early as you have a date and location, especially for festival season and weekends when demand is high. Larger events need more lead time to plan quantities and logistics.
Can you handle large festivals and concerts?
Yes. We scale from a few units for a block party up to large multi-day setups with on-site servicing, ADA units, and handwashing stations. Tell us your attendance and we will build the plan.
Do you rent handwashing stations for events with food?
Yes. Freestanding handwashing stations are strongly recommended near food vendors and bars. We can add them to any event order.
